We rent month to month with a $25.00 cleaning deposit which you get back when you leave, if you unit is cleaned and all rent paid. Rent is pro-rated after the first month, so you only pay for the days you stay after the first 30. In other words; you stay three weeks, we keep the first months rent; you stay 48 days, you pay for 48 days.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8am until 6pm and 8-4 on Saturday

 If you need to get in after 6 or on Sunday, you should rent from another, higher priced facility.
