Our office hours currently are Noon to 4PM Monday - Saturday.

You can make a reservation online, however, these are emails which are read during our office hours. If you make an online reservation, that unit is set aside for you for the next day.

Come to the office to sign up, get a free lock to use and set your security code for 24 hr access. If you can’t come by during those hours, call and we can do this over the phone and leave a lock in your unit when you move in that night. We are not set up for you to reserve and move in at midnight, sorry. We provide loaner locks to use in our facility, because we do not allow normal padlocks to be used. They are too easy to cut with bolt cutters. Our round locks are much more secure.

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to rent one of our units.

Our contracts are month-to-month and we require no advanced notice to move out. Just move out, sweep your unit out (brooms are on our front porch), bring the lock we loaned you and the two keys to the office, and we will close your contract, refund the $25 cleaning deposit, and any days you paid for that you will not be using (we prorate- you pay for exactly the number of days you stayed). The payment date for you rent will be the date you moved in. We don’t synch to the first of the month.

When you rent from us, you will be given your own 5 digit security gate code that will allow you to access to your unit 24/7. You get to pick the code number, so it’s easy for you to remember. All of our buildings have several motion lights, so if your here at night, you are not in the dark. You will need your own portable light to see inside your unit, as none of our buildings have power.

Payments can be made in person at the office,a check or money order can be mailed, call with a credit card to pay over the phone, or your can pay through our website - You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly and get a return email receipt on the day your payment is due. We charge a late fee (currently $15) if your payment is over 5 days past due. The automatic payment prevents this and you don’t have to remember your payment date. We do send invoices 2 weeks before you payment is due as a reminder.

We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and cash. We don’t accept gold coins, but we are thinking about it!

We have our buildings insured, but not your contents. Some homeowners/renters insurance cover goods in storage. If you are not covered, we do have available content insurance ranging from $8-20/month payable with your rent. We do not require that you have insurance to stay with us, but do recommend it.

We do not have moving supplies for sale. Uhaul, Office Depot, Lowes, etc. can fill your needs.

Give us a call to help you decide what size unit you need for your belongings. If you find when you are moving in that you need more space, we can easily change you unit to a larger on, or an additional unit. We are flexible.

You are not allowed to store explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

We do have a couple of 2 wheel hand dollies at the office to loan for use on our site, if this would help you move in.
